Below is a link to a free downloadable cookbook that was created by Kim Austin, a partner in the now defuct www.formerfatgirlfitness.com. The link has been posted on several fitness boards so I hope Kim doesn't mind that I've posted it here as well. There are some really, really, really good recipes in this book and Kim needs to receive some credit for her hard work and effort in creating this. For the longest time Amy "CuntFace" Perez has been taking credit for this cookbook when in fact this creation as well as many of the recipes listed on Amy's LBC (Lean Bodies Consulting) blog actually belong to someone else. I'm not sure why I'm still constantly surprised by the depth of Amy's lies and deception but I am. I guess if someone can lie about getting a restraining order against a supposed "psycho" and then initiate conversation with said "psycho" on July 8th 2009, then, I guess it's not a big deal to lie about a protein cookie or a chicken recipe.

I'm sure these recipes will taste a lot better now that there is another name is associated with them. I'd hate to admit liking anything remotely associated with her!

ReplyDeleteWell, I not only know but also trained with Amy. Now I never allowed myself to get close to her because of the simple fact she was moving but I was then and remain now friends with Kim. I must say, Thank you. For being honest about your relationship with Amy and for giving Kim the peace of mind she so deserves. I dont think anyone will ever truly know the depths of wich Amy Perez can kill a persons soul & shatter there self esteem unless they have gone through it. I am glad Kim has you to vent with and Im glad you are exposing Amy for what she really is.
